They did it! The six guys braved and bared all to help make The Full Monty the sell-out success it deserved to be. There was so much more to this show though than just the ending and the strong all-around cast, supported by an 11-piece band gave the audiences a great evening of entertainment and fun.
Our production of The Full Monty played at The Solihull Arts Complex Theatre from 11 to 16 June 2007
I was very privileged to see a performance of 'The Full Monty' by St. Augustine's. What a great show, well produced, good choreography and music. Where did they get those brave men from? Are they for hire?? Please give my best wishes to everyone and wishing you every success in future productions. (Pat Hyams, NODA) All of those on stage gave their all (as well as showing it in some cases)..... They should all be proud of what they achieved and the reaction of the audience was a clear indication of how much their performances were appreciated. Congratulations (in no particular order) to Veronica, Liane and Stephen who had all worked so hard as a team and who got the very best out of everyone on stage. It will certainly be one of the more memorable evenings of the year. (Tony Derbyshire, NODA)
Here's a video clip from the show. The number is Big Black Man:
